The worst banking experience ever. I am a Santander costumer over 8 years and this is the first time I needed help in a branch. Absolutely disgusting, one member of counter staff and atm not working again to pay in , my last visit I was in the queue for 40 minutes , no staff ever !

Santander is a great bank but remember only open 9.30 am - 15.00 pm GMT except Saturday when it opens 9.30 am - 12.30 pm GMT . Closed on Sundays .
