Visited Clarks on 9 December and was served by a lovely young gentleman who did his best to help me buy shoes. My feet were too wide but he spent ages trying to help. Quick 1 star Such a poor manager who was serving my friends today (5.10.24). They were willing to buy 2 pairs for their daughter but manager didnt show a will to help when they asked for size 8 and she proudly said Clarks sizes is different and than she didnt want to bring different sizes and telling them to go to... read full comment

I don't like posting bad reviews but sometimes the shop needs to know about it so that they can address it. I visited here and was made to feel as if I shouldn't have bothered. I was served by the manager who was far too busy arranging the shop to care about my son's shoes. He has difficult feet and not unreasonably wanted... read full comment
