Every time one goes to this branch there is always excuses that the prescriptions are not ready because they are back logged. Also there could be a long line of people coming in but only one staff member serving while staff in the back ignore the line of customers forming.

This place is shambolic. Nobody ever answers the telephone. Waiting for a prescription fulfillment is horrendous. Always a queue of disgruntled customers. I don’t know how this place is still opened as a pharmacy. The service is ridiculous. The wait times are ridiculous. They can’t even bother to answer a phone call. 10 calls later and all it does it ring. I’ve not had 1 good encounter with their service yet and it’s been 5 years!
