Never answer the phone. Always short staffed. They wait until you chase them up before they look at the prescription. 9 out of 10 times they haven’t got the item in stock, so you have to wait another day or two for it to come in. Rude staff and I did not like having to say in front of the whole shop what my medication was for. I kept trying to quietly mouth the word “the pill” but she was very good at understanding. Plus they take over a week to get a prescription ordered through the GP ready and you still have to chase it with them
