Which bright spark redesigned the store. New tills are all self serve could only find one that took cash. All tucked away in tight corners no space to use properly, only gave 2 stars because of helpful patient lady being moaned at by people otherwise nil. Will be using Superdrug in future

Boots Pharmacy was excellent a few years ago. This week will be my final visit. Service has continued to deteriorate significantly. The young female assistant on the front desk with the grey/blonde hair is unfriendly and frankly quite unprofessional. She seems to have appointed herself as gate-keeper to peoples healthcare.... read full comment
