I have used wickes at thurmaston a few times using click and collect and one time I needed to change an item I found that all staff involved were extremely helpful and polite

Where can I start? The customer service team at this place is purely shocking. No respect for the customers at all especially the manager. Came here to return something as it wasn’t working properly. Thurmaston branch has fantastic items and very good sales. However, the customer service from the people who work there is appalling. Just plain rude and unhelpful for the most part.
