I was served by a member of staff who seemed not to know what she was doing and came across as distinctly unfriendly, not at all the sort of reception I would have expected in this shop, and quite off-putting. Fortunately another staff member was rather more helpful, but overall, I was decidedly unimpressed by my visit.

Friendly enough staff, never seem to be any samples available to try like other Whittards, so I usually just buy what I went in for. Usually, when visiting other branches in other cities, I walk out with more than I went in for!

Lovely hot chocolate best ,I’ve ever had in my life ! Turkish Delight with a hint of rose is lush 10/10 very friendly staff
