I have tried to call the pharmacy all day yesterday and today and still no answer. I need to know if my prescription is ready before I walk from Thurnby to get it in the cold or ask for it to be delivered. This is unacceptable as I need the prescription.

Irregular staff, never seem to know what's going on. Today they were ment to open at 8am but the pharmacist didn't turn up. Went back at 9 still not open as still no pharmacist so got my prescription and went elsewhere. I will say 90% of staff you get are friendly and apologetic the problem runs much higher in the well...

My normal pharmacy didn't stock my recent prescription.butthis one did. It has changed hands a couple of times recently and it appears to have improved as a result.
