Booked our firrst cruise with a lovely young lady called Melissa. She was professional and answered all the questions. Didn't feel rushed.Never booked wit TUI before would do it again with this young lady.

Arranged a family holiday with TUI Leicester branch and was a great experience! Melissa was amazing and worked really hard to find a fab deal at a fab price.
