Got called to say I had a prescription ready. Went to the given address and got directed to a residential street outside the hospital. Then I went into the hospital and got directed the wrong way. Then waited at the counter for prescription collections and got told I'm in the wrong place and had to go to a porta cabin outside.... read full comment

I am on daily medication prescribed by my consultant every three months. Despite it being a very busy dispensary I have never had to wait excessively. Staff are very helpful. Keep up the good work.
