I had 3 of the same key cut at a cost of £27.00.The member of staff was quite obliging, cut the keys and took the money.However , none of the keys would open the door without wiggling it around unlike the key we provided for the cutting..So, I went back up and informed the same assistant. I have used this Timpsons store in the Beaumont Leys shopping centre for a number of years. Duplicate Yale keys (good advice from Paul here!), shoe repairs (a number of times) excellent umbrellas x 3!, and jacket dry cleaning. Always professional, friendly and forthright service and advice at this store! Highly recommended!
