One member of staff was rude to me when I asked for a night cream. She seemed as though she wasn't happy to do her job.

Less than satisfactory experience , a staff member lied directly to my face when I asked if they had an unopened item in stock as the last one on display had blatantly been opened and used. All the other colours and products in the same range were sealed but out of what I suspect was sheer laziness she chose to be dishonest... read full comment
