Went in store to get a footlong veg patty. Placed the order, asked Prabath to wrap it in 2 halves. He refused and said I would have to pay for 2 6 inch if wrapped separately. I go in regular and its always done. He was really awkward, very bad customer service. I ended up leaving without the sub. Never been dealt with like...
