If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Don't even deserve 1 star. Placed an order through JustEat. Over 2 hours later, no sign of the order, contacted Subway, and they said there was nothing they could do, as the order was with the driver, and the driver has no phone number. Absolute disgrace. Nearly £30 down the drain.

We visited Subway, at St Nicholas branch very early in the morning yesterday and were served by Khan. He was extremely polite and delightful. A big shout out to Khan and I would like to mention him because his customer service skills is remarkable and refreshing to see. Continue with your good skills Khan!!
