Really poor from this store. Advertise 1 price on shelf with very similar description and shelf full so it looks like it is in correct place but it scans at another. Wouldn't honour the advertised price on the shelf because the correct price was nearby! Really abrupt and rude manager too, seems a common theme with other...

I did pay but I forgot two important things, and now all the stores are closed. One of them is really important, but the staff was very helpful to get them

I would like to commend the manger, Natalie at the Leicester store. Natalie was very pleasant and so helpful on the 14th November 2024. I was able to complete my Lego minifigure collection, due to her offering to search for and through a couple of complete boxes.
