Visited the santander bank on melton road. Was waiting over 25 minutes to be seen by a customer service adviser. Not once did anyone approach and ask if they van help with anything. Ended up leaving after 25 minutes as had to go back to work

Customer services are super slow and idle chitchat lasts so long, my coffee went cold after 20 minutes waiting, I had to leave as the counter staff are too slow and spend too long in getting banking done.
