Parcel sent 9th Jan using the 24 hour tracking service still haven’t been delivered 3 days later! Received 2 emails confirming delivery on the 10th & 11th of Jan. Poor service. Won't even knock on the door, just throw in the card saying I've missed them. The card won't even have the required info for me to pick it up from them. Useless, really.
