Used to have really friendly helpful staff but recently had a change and just full of lazy rude staff that just don't want to help or even crack a smile. They talk over you and genuinely don't have any customer service skillsAVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Giving 1 star because you can't give 0 star review. Clear lack of knowledge and no customer service skills. Made me waste money to print out documents at their shop saying they will be able to accept it and then saying they can't accept it as they want original document printed by the bank. We are the most reasonable rate in the shopping center, specially cards; available for any age and most relationships to describe your feelings. We are dedicated in providing our services to the elderly people who regularly visits our post office with a confident of getting a best customer service and get a resolutions of query raised.
