This store has seriously gone downhill. Customer service is awful. Sales Assistant , Amit, was rude,abrupt and defensive and couldn't or wouldn't explain the features of the phone I was interested in. Very helpful very knowledgeable the one thing and they help me get a new phone on the course I finished the contract do they pay 2 months after my contract basically ready find shopping O2 shop there
