I tried to exchange my daughters change from her money box into notes (normally we just pay it into her account but she wanted to spend it).. I was told I would have to pay it into her account and then draw it out.. she has an ISA so we couldn't do that, she then just refused to change it for me. Such a delightful experience today. I've come across an employee named Jyoti who provided remarkably swift help. All the works got done in few minutes. I found the staff polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Keep it up Nationwide!
