Rude staff. Just been and the prescriptions went to the wrong pharmacy by the gp. Was asked to call them and I asked if she had them in stock. Just scoffed at me infringing other patients. Had to walk away from that.

Every time I've used this chemist there's been an issue.. only have half or some Or can't even find your prescription . Not organised

Shocking attitude from a guy that I think is the manager, just plain rude. There is a massive disconnect between the pharmacy and surgery, blaming each other for duty of care failures. Just looking to see how to raise this higher. Suggestion..get the prescription from the surgery and take it somewhere else.
