    went into store today for the first time and was greeted by the assistant manager james- he helped me redeem my birthday voucher and was the nicest person ever! enjoyed speaking to him and would defo visit again. has the best customer service ever !

    Lovely shop with friendly staff. We visit regularly and buy all our occasion chocolates here. Therefore we were dismayed to see the latest significant price increases on your products.
