Went in on friday afternoon and the girl with black glasses and curly redish hair in a bun was SO SO SO rude. Ruined my whole experience and ruined my whole day too!! Need to go in for a return but am genuinely scared as i do not want to encounter her raising her voice at me or being rude to me!

Self service only on the ground floor. Tried to redeem a voucher but needed a member of staff but nobody was around. Walked to other end of store to get staff who couldn't log in..she suggested I go upstairs where there was a big queue, even though there was a pay point free right next to her.
