Great shop, bought something through their online shop, got a confirmation email but didn't know if it was being delivered like other, usually bigger, companies do, however called the shop and they reassured me they had sent it and I'd receive an email from royal mail when it would be out for delivery. They seem to never answer the phone at all which is really annoying to be honest. What's the point of having a phone if you never answer it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere now??

The online store is great. Delivery is fast and the system seems to work well. No complaints about that, and it's the only thing saving it from a one-star review.The physical store however.... that's another thing entirely.
