Had a great experience at boots, the employee named Devan was really sweet and helpful he had great customer service skills. I am so happy to see great customer skills. God bless him

Very rude pharmacist/ assistant today 2/1/2023. Asked her about adult cough medicine and all I got was ‘we’ve run out as it’s bank holiday’ before turning and chatting to her colleague. Absolutely rubbish customer service and ignorant behaviour
