Very poor service in this store. The girl on the checkout didn't even acknowledge me no greeting no please or thank you...the receipt wasn't given in my hand...phoned the store to speak to the store manager still waiting... Boots you have gone down hill... not a happy customer ?

Had a very basic enquiry, specific to this store. I attempted to call them on the number provided, but no department could be bothered to answer the phone. I will now have to drive there - what a waste of time and money, as well as the environmental.

I always have great service from the staff here, that said, the last time I visited made me write this review! I was at the pharmacy and wanted some advice on probiotics, Syma was so knowledgable, helpful and friendly. She was genuinely interested in helping me and had amazing customer service!
