The pharmacy team are fantastic and have gone ‘above and beyond’ with a recent Boots online Dr prescription, especially (please excuse my spelling) Dipa and Priti. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. In Leicester due to my daughter being in hospital and her twin sister needing her prescription. 3 days in a row being told by whoever works there it needs to be ordered in. 3 days in a row it was not ordered in. Staff unhelpful and rude.

Bad experience. There is no medicines are available in this pharmacy.Even iron tablets are not available. When doctor give prescription to this pharmacy we need to go here fir atleast 2-3 days, after that only get medicine. For diaherria, pharmisist asked to come in next day evening for medicine.
