Terrible service, long queues, under trained staff, had to wait an hour standing in the queue just to have prescription "checked by the pharmacist", they dont answer the phone, and it cuts off after ringing for 6 mins. This Boots has gone down hill fast, I have now switched to another pharmacy.

Fantastic service. After a problem with ignorant Doctors and a stuck prescription in the system...The team at this store did not give up until it was sorted. Well done all for putting customer/patient needs FIRST unlike the shoddy Doctors who tried to fob me off.
