Extremely archaic service, everything must in paper form and triplicate…BoI staff needs to take some lessons from other Major UK based banks on computerised processing and customer services a MUST!!

Just on the phone to them. I asked to transfer the a sum from one of BOI Branches but they want me to open an account. Every step is a manual process.They do not provide this facility at all. I do not mind doing it.A safety deposit box - they are reluctant to open one for me ( as live two hrs away). They do not want anybody... read full comment
