Such a rude bunch of people. Are they all related or something ?Just ignorent people, don't make eye contact and spend the entire time chatting on there headsets.Avoid and go down to Tesco or the Ratby one. Much better quality of staff in both.

1 particular staff member named Donna (older lady) has no customer service skills; She is constantly talking on her phone/ through headphones to family members chatting instead of actually acknowledging the customer whilst serving.
