    Absolute madness waited 25 mins for my prescription as lady on counter asked me three times for my name . Wanted to purchase some Nytol and the price was £11.25 in there .     Honestly I have never experienced such rudeness in my life.Please when hiring people to address the public in a customer service role, please hire individuals that are kind, understanding and empathetic.I called about prescription and the lady that answered the phone was rude and abrupt as if I’d offended her by calling.... read full comment
