2 out of 6 positions open on the busiest day of the week (Saturday) and no self-service kiosks despite tons of empty space!

Needed to use the post office counter on a Monday lunch time to find it closed 1pm - 2pm. Had to send a colleague over at 2pm to find they had changed the sign to read 1.30pm - 2.30pm.Which is it????Limited service on Market Day is ridiculous.
