Found staff to be snappy and rude. Will be taking my savings elsewhere. You would have thought they would be grateful that I was using the branch and keeping them in a job.

Had to call into the branch this morning to deposit cheques, and received a very professional and helpful service from a very nice cashier. Well done, couldn't have asked for more.
