Randomly verbally abused by a member of staff (13/01/2025), not the first time Iv encountered her poor behaviour and attitude. I’m gobsmacked that a staff member would just start on customers. I tried to scan a multipack of water and it wouldn't scan, the woman came over and told me it wasn't a multipack and that I would have to open it and scan them individually, I looked at her confused as why would you put them on the shelf without unpacking them.
