Shop does not allow refunds or exchanges and therefore is in breach of the UK consumer rights law as this also includes charity shops and second hand stores. Explained in store but to no avail. A very spacious shop with everything laid out well. Books are all in A to Z order.

They don’t do returns OR exchanges and have it in extremely fine print behind the till. Would have been nice to know before purchasing really.
