Gone down hill since change of staff, have noticed on multiple occasions that they usually Shut early (Sometimes half an hour before) despite online saying they are still open, Offers not honoured despite being a store taking part online, & most of the Staff aren't helpful/ Can't understand you or Hear You for some reason...

Walked in, lady serving and a male employee in subway uniform watching videos on his phone at a table. All the tables dirty with crumbs and food remnants barr one. Toilets out of order. Sandwich mediocre, pressed flat for some reason which I didn't ask for. Never again,
