Really disappointed by the service today. Requested repeat prescription; gave them an extra day to ensure it would be ready; arrived to pick up (close to, but before, closing time) to be told to ‘hurry up’; greeted inside by at least 10 staff, none of whom seemed to want to deal with me. On travelled from Wales I realised I'd forgot my medication. Evans Pharmacy was my nearest option, they were very busy but the staff provide an exceptional service. The pharmacist Lisa Pentelow was happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble, Lisa made all necessary arrangements, phone calls etc. to produce the script and... read full comment
