Treatment was fantastic. Venue is good. The only thing that let it down was lack of communication from staff which is a shame. We were left on 2 occasions without being told what was happening. Perhaps an idea to explain when people arrive what will happen and then when they return to reception following treatment guide...

Absolutely exceptional, very welcoming and friendly from the very beginning to the very end, the rooms are beyond stunning as is the decor, we are already arranging our next visit! The staff are lovely and the service was outstanding. Xx

I was so nervous going, but was made to feel at ease straight away, the treatments were brilliant and I felt so relaxed after.Sorry I can't remember the lovely lady who did my treatments but she was so lovely.Thank you very much
