Attended on Monday to withdraw some cash, but asked for it in £50 - Was told insufficient amount at the bank, but that they'll order it in for me. Agreed they'll have it on Wednesday. My details were left with the female cashier.I attend on Wednesday expecting that there would be £50 cash notes available for me to withdraw...

Very unhelpful staff. After a long wait in the queue, we were told to wait further for the other till to complete. As we had limited time, I ask if she could quickly ask her colleague for an estimated time. She refused to do this, so we had to leave.
