I didn't get all of the feet for both bed so I can't put them up. I called in the same day and they said they have put in an order for me but I have received no notification to say this has been done. I spent a lot of money and paid extra for flexible delivery but I didn't get what I paid for.

Maybe Quality Control your stock to avoid disappointing any more customers. My bed is in pieces awaiting missing parts. Could do much better regarding waiting time. After 2 months wait for delivery now I have to wait another 7 days. Unacceptable!
