Always found staff to be helpful. Only criticism I have is if I need to get to the bank they're closed by 3.30.

If you asked me about the bank before I’d have no complaints. My current employer like one of my previous pays in cash and being that I work nights and this new ridiculous opening hours of all the branches means I like many other actually can’t go to a branch. Seriously who closes on a Saturday

Horrendous service.Had the misfortune of having to use this branch after each Lockdown for the business I work for. And all 3 times its been the same. Every time I've gone there it's been a long long wait. Plenty of staff doing absolutely nothing.And nobody seems to be in charge.I dread having to use this branch
