Bad staff. Staff was just sat outside on the phone having a cigarette whilst serving a customer !!!

This place has really gone down hill in my experience. Other customers are very rude pushing in the queue to get served before you and staff say absolutely nothing, in fact they just serve them! Throughout this entire pandemic not once did a member of staff politely ask customers to wear a mask even though there are signs... read full comment
