Difficult to get an appointment but the staff are always helpful and do what they can. Great customer service ?

Awful to get an appointment, website states appointments can be made upto 3 weeks in advance …. No they can’t you need to ring on the day at 08:45 , phone will then be engaged for ages or put in a Que to then be disconnected. When you do get an actual face to face appointment you’re left to sit there for over 30 minutes... read full comment
