Do you know 'The Fool and Bladder' ? Well this place has that atmosphere, and the advantage of actually existing! Great beer, great prices, great place - possibly the best pub I've ever been to (and that's a lot of pubs!!!)

Walked here from the Silverdale campsite. Lovely walk, and the pub at the end was a delight. Very dated but staff lovely, drink was very reasonable and great outdoor seating. Bar area not suitable for kids, but they have a lounge area that kids are allowed in if the weather's not great. Dog friendly with multiple water... read full comment

Located up the hill above Silverdale. It is not the friendliest place but acceptable. Nice to sit outside with views over the village.
