Superb, helpful and courteous service from attentive staff who brought me up to date with in-branch cash deposit procedures. I sincerely hope that this branch is retained!

Had an unauthorised payment in my account and went straight to the bank for someone to help me, all I got told by caroline was to look online at a website instead of them helping me out in person. I just wanted someone to help me sort it out as this has never happened to me before and I was pretty worried.
