The staff are always very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate my parcel collections around my shifts.We're lucky to have this facility on our doorstep!

Goods ordered but not arrived. 1st attempt not at home but updated tracker giving a neighbours address....not acted on. Par rl returned to depot collection where hours are not always updated , subject to changes, impossible for me to collect around work hours. Will not order from suppliers if Royal Mail is involved. Been having trouble with a parcel that was supposed to be delivered about two weeks ago. after calling Royal Mail customer service the woman was very unhelpful and said there’s nothing I can do as she said it’s senders fault for getting my postcode wrong.
