Awful experience. Made to feel like I was doing something wrong because I wanted to withdraw a modest amount of cash. One thing is certain, I will never set foot in the Preston branch again. You were very disrespectful Richard. Goodbye Virgin Money.

Visited today 27th July 23 to report a lost card waited half an hour in que whilst they felt with just one customer in front of me saying their was a problem with the computer system, eventually got delt with by a rude old blond woman late 40s who was useless then I got delt with by this obnoxious guy late 40s brown... read full comment
