Very poor service.i receive daily parcels from my suppliers and we specifically attach label on parcel to state items to be delivered after 10am as that's our opening hours , the driver is also aware of this but they do not care, deliberately attempts delivery at 8.30am full well knowing business is closed.I will be closing... read full comment

Parcel sat at the depot since 31st today is the 9th not had any notification regarding the parcel which came from Holland, Emailed supplier which informed me that I need to pay customs. could only pay if PF contacted me and give me a 17 digit reference number.Tried paying the amount today payment platform is down.
