23 minute wait! And still managed to get the order wrong...twice!! This isn't fast food and it is no longer convenient Shocking and avoid at all costs. All automated and 1 single staff member running round. Wouldnt trust them to run a bath!

So I spent nearly £25 on a late tea for me the wife and my young daughter. The shop was nearly empty Inc only 2 delivery drivers. My order still took over 10 minutes to arrive and they were normal items apart from chicken big mac. What a bad experience! I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. When my order came, my fish burger was burnt. I gave it back and was told it would be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 20 minutes. They were not busy at all, and the drive-thru was very quiet. Ask for a refund and still waiting on it was told 3 days and... read full comment
