Absolutely diabolical. Staff have zero idea what they are doing. I have started using this shop early in the morning and I have always found the staff to be great and really work hard despite several times when some staff don’t turn up and that must be so difficult at 6.00 am. Awful service yesterday at the post office counter. The two female staff were too busy chatting and answering personal calls.The only positive was the guy on the shop tills!
